Environmental Psychologist with an extensive international experience in research and consulting. Director of an Interior Design program at the Université de Montréal since 1998. Founder of the New Work Environments Research Group. Dr. Visher lectures at trade shows and conferences.

Prof. Jacqueline Vischer(Université de Montréal) will present key points of her 25 years research experience and will give an outlook on the integration of the physical and virtual workplace.

Studies of Architecture in Braunschweig, Karlsruhe, Rome.1994 to 2007 Consultant and Office Planner, Managing Partner congena GmbH. Head Corporate Architecture, Workplace Management &  Art at Credit Suisse since 2008.

 

Prof. Lukas Windlinger

Institute for Facility Management, Zurich University of Applied Sciences

Lukas Windlinger is Head of the research group Workplaces at the institute for Facility Management at ZHAW. The focus of his research is the office environment and its users.

Dr.-Ing. Martin Kleibrink(Credit-Suisse) and Prof. Lukas Windlinger (ZHAW) will report their results of before/after studies of new ways of working in Switzerland.

 

 

Wim Pullen

Director Center for People and Buildings (CfPB)

Director and Co-Founder of the Center for People and Buildings in Delft. 1995 - 2000 Director of Research of the Dutch Government Buildings Agency. Was (Board)Member of several Dutch professional bodies. He serves at the editorial board of different scientific journals and publishes regularly in professional journals.

 

Gijs van Wijk

Dutch Revenue Authorities

During the last ten years, he played an important role within the implementation of the new building concept: „New Ways of Working“. He has been political consultant and involved in more than 30 projects. Since 01.01.2012 he is active as an independent consultant.

Prof. Wim Pullen(Technische Universität Delft) and Gijs van Wijk (Niederländische Steuerbehörde) highlight challenges and specifics of New Ways of Working in public administration. They will speak about a longterm cooperation between research and practice in the context of creation and usage of New Ways of Working in the Netherlands.

 

 

Jussi Ylinen

Director of business development and marketing unit in SOL Group

Jussi Ylinen has over 15 years of  experience in B2B service business. Prior joining SOL Group in 2008 he worked 12 years in Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks in various management positions in Finland, Switzerland, Estonia and Latin America.

Jussi Ylinen(SOL Group) reports on interactions between corporate culture and office design, as well as the expression of company values by design on the basis of a revolutionary office concept, which is judged as "classics" of new office concepts in Scandinavia.

 

 

Carmen and Urs Greutmann

Founder of Greutmann Bolzern Designstudios

Carmen and Urs Greutmann founded the Greutmann Bolzern Designstudio in Zurich in 1984. They design, plan and conceive in all areas of designing, from product to space. Thereby, the office environment is the balance point of their work. Since 2003, they are teaching together at the chair of product design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich.

Carmen and Urs Greutmann(Greutmann Bolzern Designstudio) will reflect the importance and the effect of design in the working environment and will show the way from the analysis, through the presentation in design, to a solution. 

 

Moreover there will be Expert Discussions on following topics : "Planning and Concept Development", "Innovation in Furnishing Solutions", "User Behaviour, Usability and Evalutation by users", which will, amongst others, take place in the areas of Uetlihof 2, the newest office building of Credit Suisse Zurich.
